The Metropole Orchestra

The Grammy award-winning Metropole Orchestra subsidy and existence were threatened. To raise awareness we organized an 8 hour long, crowd-composed concert. By connecting a piano to Twitter we enabled people to create 140 character compositions. The best were immediately arranged and played by the orchestra.


The case won more than 30 national and international industry awards including a Gold PR & Silver Cyber at Cannes Lion, Webby Award for Social Entertainment, D&AD Wooden Pencil for best use of social media, Gold and Silver at the ADCN, Eurobest, Epica and many more.

But most importantly, it saved the Metropole Orchestra from a downfall and it is still alive and kicking today.
